Account Deletion Process
We respect your right to control your personal data. This page allows you to request deletion of your PXL8 account and associated data in compliance with privacy regulations.
Important Warning
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your tokens, NFTs, benefits, and transaction history.
Data That Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- Personal Information (name, email, phone number)
- Wallet addresses and blockchain data
- Token ownership records
- NFT ownership records
- Benefit redemption history
- Transaction history
- Purchase records
- Portfolio data and earnings
- Notifications and preferences
Data Retained for Legal/Financial Compliance
The following data is retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations and tax laws:
- Financial transaction records (anonymized)
- Payment processing records (required by Stripe)
- Tax documentation and invoices
- Fraud prevention and security logs
Note: Retained data is anonymized (your name and email are removed) and used only for legal compliance, not marketing or operational purposes.
Blockchain Transactions
Any tokens or NFTs that have been minted to blockchain networks (Polygon, Ethereum, etc.) cannot be deleted as blockchain data is permanent and immutable. However, your PXL8 account linking these assets to your identity will be removed.
Submit Deletion Request
To request account deletion, please provide your registered email address. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
